What is a Respite?
Support for when you need to live out of home for a short period, respites can be personalised and flexible and in alignment with the participant's specific needs, preferences and goals.

What is an STA?
Short Term Accomodation gives your carers a short break from their caring role or if your usual support network is not available for a short period an STA may suit.​

Where are Respites & STA's available?
You have the option of staying at our Respite properties, based in Coffs Harbour and surrounding area.Other locations may also be available upon request.
