Where it began ...
Renae, CEO as a local Support Worker recognised a gap in the industry and wanted to create her own company that never underestimated individuals living with a disability.

Born and raised in Coffs Harbour, Renae is passionate about contributing to her community and giving back. Having built a team of determined and like minded Support Workers, Complete Support & Co. recognise how important empowering individuals with lived experience with disabilities is.
